Custom & Made-to-Order Items
All artworks are custom-made and personalized according to the client’s choices.
For this reason, returns, exchanges, or refunds are not accepted.
Damaged Artwork
If an artwork arrives damaged, Nadam Textured Art is fully committed to ensuring the client receives the artwork in perfect condition.
In such cases:
- Please contact us immediately with photos of the damage.
- The artwork will be repaired or remade, at no additional cost.
- The client will receive the artwork originally ordered, restored to perfect condition.
